Itsnice AI is an app developed and operated by The Growing Company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use Itsnice AI.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

1.1 Personal Information

To provide an enhanced user experience, Itsnice AI may collect:

• Uploaded images of interior spaces (for AI-powered redesign purposes)

• Design selections you make (room type, style, palette, structure, renter mode)

• Custom text prompts you enter when using the "Custom" style option

• Account information when you sign in (Apple ID identifier or Google account identifier)

• Device and usage data (for performance monitoring and improvements)

This information is used solely to provide and improve the Service and is never sold or shared beyond what is necessary for app functionality.

1.2 Authentication

Itsnice AI supports Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. We receive only the identifier and email address you authorize during sign-in. We do not access your contacts, social graph, or other account data.

2. Photo and Data Processing

2.1 How We Process Data

Itsnice AI allows users to upload interior photos and generate AI-edited variations based on your design selections and (optionally) custom text prompts. These images are:

• Converted to a base64-encoded format for processing

• Securely transmitted via API to our 3rd party technical partner Google for analysis and transformation

• Processed in real-time, generating AI-edited versions based on your inputs

2.2 Retention of Data

• Source images and generated images are stored on our servers in association with your account to enable the in-app history feature, allowing you to revisit and reuse past results.

• You may delete individual history items at any time. All stored images and associated metadata are removed when you delete your account.

• Custom text prompts you submit are retained in our analytics records (see Section 4) for product improvement purposes and are removed when you delete your account.

2.3 Sharing of Data

Your images and prompts are not shared with third parties except for processing by our technological partner (Google) and analytics providers as described in Section 4. All transmissions are encrypted and secure.

3. Log Data and Device Information

Whenever you use Itsnice AI, we collect non-personally identifiable information about your device and app usage. This may include:

• IP address

• Device type and model

• Operating system version

• App configuration and usage statistics

• Anonymized event data (which screens you view, which tools you use, which selections you make)

This data is collected through third-party analytics services and is used for performance improvements, debugging, and product development.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies to:

• Google — AI image processing (your images and prompts are sent for transformation)

• Mixpanel — product analytics. This includes your custom text prompts, which we use to understand which styles users are requesting and improve our preset styles. Prompts are tied to your account identifier and can be deleted on request.

• Firebase (Google) — analytics and crash reporting

• Superwall — paywall presentation and subscription experimentation

• RevenueCat — subscription state management

• Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store payments, App Tracking Transparency

These third parties are prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than providing services on our behalf.

5. Data Security

We take all commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data transmissions (HTTPS, SSL/TLS)

• Minimal server-side storage

• Strict access controls to limit data exposure

6. Your Data Rights

You may request:

• Deletion of your account and all associated data, including stored images, analytics records, and submitted prompts. Contact us at hi@grco.xyz or use the in-app account deletion option.

• A copy of the personal data we hold about you.

• Correction of inaccurate data.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions providing comparable rights, you retain all rights granted under applicable data protection law (including GDPR).

8. Children's Privacy

Itsnice AI is not intended for children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us, and we will delete it immediately.
