By downloading, installing, or using the Itsnice AI app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Intellectual Property
You are prohibited from:
Copying, modifying, distributing, or disassembling any part of the app or our trademarks without our explicit permission.
Attempting to extract the source code or translating the app into other languages.
Creating derivative works based on the app.
All intellectual property rights in the app and related materials belong to The Growing Company. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of all photos and text prompts you upload to Itsnice AI. By using the app, you grant The Growing Company a limited license to process your inputs using AI technology solely to provide the design generation services you request, and to retain your prompts for the purpose of improving the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use your inputs for any purpose other than providing and improving the app's functionality.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Itsnice AI responsibly and legally. You are prohibited from:
Using the app to create, edit, or distribute images or prompts that are illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violate the rights of others.
Uploading images that you do not have the right to use or modify.
Using the app to create misleading or deceptive content intended to harm others.
Attempting to manipulate or abuse the AI technology for purposes other than intended interior design generation.
The Growing Company reserves the right to terminate your access if you violate these acceptable use guidelines.
AI-Generated Content
Itsnice AI uses artificial intelligence to generate redesigned versions of your interior photos based on your selections and prompts. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet your exact expectations. You acknowledge that:
AI-generated outputs are created algorithmically and may produce unexpected results.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before saving or sharing.
The Growing Company is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated images.
Credits and Subscriptions
Itsnice AI operates on a credit-based system. Generating an AI-edited image consumes one or more credits, depending on the tool used. Users receive a limited number of complimentary credits to begin. To continue using the Service after exhausting complimentary credits, you may:
Purchase a subscription plan, which grants periodic credit refills or unlimited generations as described at the point of purchase.
Purchase one-time credit top-up packs.
All purchases are processed through your Apple App Store account. Subscription terms, billing cycles, and pricing will be clearly disclosed in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation must be done through your App Store account.
Changes to the App and Services
The Growing Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. Any additional charges for services will be clearly disclosed to you before incurring the charges. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app or any part of its services.
Data Storage and Security
Itsnice AI processes images and prompts you provide to us in order to offer AI-powered design generation services. Your inputs are processed securely and stored in association with your account, and are not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the app's functionality and analytics, as described in our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to keep your device secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this can compromise its security and functionality. The Growing Company is not liable for any issues that arise from using a modified device.
Limitation of Liability
The Growing Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of data, images, or information.
Interruption of service or inability to access the app.
Costs related to unauthorized access or security breaches.
Any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated images.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Obligations
If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, you are responsible for any data charges incurred by your mobile network provider. You accept responsibility for all such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory. If you are not the bill payer for the device used, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer to use the app.
Updates to the App
We may provide updates to the app, which you are required to install to continue using the service. Failure to install updates may render the app unusable. We do not guarantee compatibility with future versions of iOS or other operating systems. We may also terminate the app's availability at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete it from your device.
Termination of Use
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination:
